Summary

Accounting Administrator is responsible for accurate and timely accounting management of Cash/AR/Liability/Investment accounts and assisting the management team with accounting decisions and analysis.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 25%   

Timely and accurate monthly closing of SG&A accounts.


2nd Priority - 25%

Monitor completeness and accuracy the SG&A related B/S accounts and dealer accounts.


3rd Priority - 20%

Manage operations of Cash, AR Reconciliation and aging, including dealer transactions.

 

4th Priority - 20%

Develop, implement, and improve new accounting processes as necessary, including vendor account setup.

 

5th Priority - 10%

Establish and reinforce written policies, procedures and internal control points.

Education/Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

Overall Experience

  • 3-5 years warranty and accounting experience at corporate level.

Directly Related Experience

  • 3-5 years accounting experience at corporate level.

Skills

Proficient knowledge and experience of monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and liability forecasting
Excellent analytical & communication skills.
Well-organized, with ability to complete projects as assigned with limited supervison.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required for creating workpapers, schedules, and reports from original source documents.
Extensively experienced with accounting ERP system such as SAP and JDE
Accounting data mining and analysis knowledge and experience with AS400 query language and ODBC

Pay Range

$57,428 - $76,919

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
