Summary

The Sr. Web Marketing Specialist will handle the day-to-day operations for Kia.com. This role will be responsible for the launch integrations of new vehicles and model year changeovers, marketing campaign pages, sales events, upcoming vehicles, partnerships, incentives publishing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), personalization, and end-to-end management t of website enhancements.

The role is also responsible for analyzing website analytics to drive website enhancement strategy and support business insights for multiple Kia departments such as Sales & Incentives Performance, Corporate Planning & Analysis, and Product Planning.

The position also oversees planning and production of CGI (computer generated imaging) vehicle imagery and website content, such as product videos, infographics, and GIFs.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 45%   

Overall Responsibility of Managing Kia Web Platform Operations


2nd Priority - 15%

Lead/support web projects that require in-depth market/competitor/product research and analysis.


3rd Priority - 20%

Support development of all site content, inclusive of CGI, copy, etc. for use in Photo, Video, and Simulation Assets


4th Priority - 15%

Help in ideation, requirements gathering, testing, and communication of new website enhancements or projects.


5th Priority - 5%

Perform admin related tasks such as budget tracking, approval routing, invoicing, etc.


6th Priority - 10%

Support Field Operations team with ad hoc reports and assignments as assigned.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Overall Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Digital/Internet Experience
  • Automotive experience is a plus
  • AEM experience is a plus
  • Agile experience is a plus
  • Experience managing and directing third party agencies and consultants

Directly Related Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience working with and understanding of the online space, particularly auto sites, social media sites and digital marketing related sites.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (Omniture) or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Website analytics and data interpretation
  • Budget Management experience

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$61,300.00 - $79,900.00
