Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sr. Web Marketing Specialist to join the Customer Journey Department.
This role is an integral part of a dynamic and fast paced team that manages Kia.com. This role leads content updates, application and feature enhancements, data and service integrations, strategic planning, backlog prioritization, and overall program operations. This role interfaces with a variety of different internal stakeholders and external business partners, to deliver multiple workstreams in parallel, including new vehicle launches, product updates, marketing campaign landing pages, and brand content. Additional responsibilities will include driving the strategy and KPIs for SEO, reporting, and personalization workstreams.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 40%
Product owner for day-to-day website operations (manage external partners, reviews, testing, release scheduling, project management, etc.)
2nd Priority - 20%
Lead development of new and enhanced features and functionality
3rd Priority - 15%
Innovate and optimize our SEO, reporting, personalization, and operational processes
4th Priority - 15%
Manage CGI and digital asset production
5th Priority - 10%
Budget forecasting and spend analysis, vendor management
Education/Certification
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline

MBA or Master’s Degree in related field preferred
Overall Experience
-
Minimum 4 years of website, marketing, agency, or related experience
-
5-8 years of total professional experience with clear transferrable expertise
-
Experience working with creative agencies, consultants, or development shops
-
Experience working within a large enterprise preferred
-
Automotive experience preferred
-
Agile experience preferred
-
Experience with atomic design principles and UX design preferred
Directly Related Experience

Must have an understanding of website operations

Experience with sourcing and analyzing data to develop insights that drive business decisions

Experience with developing business requirements and/or functional requirements

Experience with creating and maintaining project trackers and schedules

Experience managing departmental or project budgets

Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.

May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.

Pay Range
$69,547 - $93,113
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
