Status
Summary
This role will support customer journey and digital retailing efforts across multiple channels and divisions at Kia. From strategy to development and integration, this role will assist in the launching of an online to offline digital retailing platform for the company.
As a cross-functional role, they will work closely with management, vendors, regional staff, dealers and stakeholders to gather analytics, project manage, and help drive the execution of the Digital Retailing Strategy.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 40%
Support management, working cross-functionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to help drive the execution of the Digital Retailing strategy. Plan, schedule and project manage to ensure milestones and goals are met.
2nd Priority - 20%
Lead/support projects that require in-depth market/competitor/product research and analysis on Digital retail trends.
3rd Priority - 20%
Help with ideation, requirements gathering/defining, testing, and communications of new Digital retail enhancements or Customer experience projects.
4th Priority - 20%
Perform admin related tasks such as budget tracking, approval routing, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
*As the project continues to grow and unveil, there may be other unforeseen duties and responsibilities assigned to this role.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience required
Overall Experience
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of Digital/Internet experience
-
Project and Program management experience strongly desired.

Automotive and e-commerce sales experience is a plus.
-
Experience managing and directing third party agencies and consultants.

Demonstrated success in a fast paced, high workload
Directly Related Experience
-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with and understanding of the online space, particularly digital marketing related sites.

Experience working with Tier 3 (dealerships) is a plus.

Experience with automotive Digital Retail platforms is a plus.
Other Requirements:

Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.

May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience onboarding new digital technologies, tools or programs.

Pay Range
$63,106 - $84,678
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
