Lead the development, execution, and day-today operation of digital & social (organic & paid) media programs to achieve KUS’s Marketing objectives. Point of contact for various teams regarding digital and social media performance data and the insights pulled out from digital media.  Lead the digital and social media planning, strategy, execution and creative development to achieve industry leading media campaigns.  Lead the agency partners to develop and utilize analytics to drive strategies, demonstrate ROI, and implement program improvements to increase overall effectiveness.  Manage department staff, vendors, budgets, and processes as necessary to complete tasks.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 25%   

National digital & social media strategy, planning, and integration - Lead the development & execution of KUS always on digital marketing media strategies

2nd Priority - 20%

Digital New Model Launch Strategy, Planning, and Management - Working across Marketing and with agency partners, develop and manage integrated digital launch plans and channel strategies that deliver on the overall campaign strategy

3rd Priority - 20%

Digital Analytics - Lead the agencies to track, report, and make real-time optimizations to digital marketing to maximize ROI and deliver against business objectives.

Leverages multiple data sources to track effectiveness of media and creative performance.


4th Priority - 20%

Paid Search Management -Lead Search Marketing agency in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers for in market, lifestyle paid search, & launch of major Marketing campaigns.


5th Priority - 15%

Digital Content Development – Lead the planning, development and delivery of digital and social creative for launch, major campaigns, and always on digital to support KUS’s annual objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.  

  • Masters or equivalent work experience preferred.

Overall Experience

  • 10+ years of marketing experience (client &/or agency side)

  • Team Management Experience

Directly Related Experience

  • Minimum 7 years directly related digital marketing experience including digital media, SEO, and social marketing combined experience. Automotive OEM experiences a plus. 

  • Agency side experiences a plus.  Understanding of technology development a plus.

  • Candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of Digital, Mobile and Social Media advertising mechanisms and processes. 

  • Understanding of Prisma, Social Listening Tools and Google Analytics

  • Candidate must understand the Programmatic Media Landscape

Pay Range

$104,048 - $150,128

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
