Summary

Position will oversee program and budget administration of several Divisions, with emphasis on Sales and Marketing operations.   Responsibilities will also include month-end accounting close activities, month-end reporting and ongoing support for operating departments.  

Major Responsibilities

1st- Program Review, Expense Reconciliation and Audit (40%)

2nd- Department Support (20%)

3rd- Financial Reporting and Analysis (20%)

4th- Department Support Month-End and Year-End Close (20%)

Education/Certification

  • BS in Finance/Accounting
  • Preferred MBA
     

Overall Experience

  • 4+ years in analyst or administrator role with progressing responsibilities
  • Automotive Industry or Marketing (Financial) experience preferred
     

Directly Related Experience

  • Strong problem solving and demonstrated analytical skills that allow for interpretation of Finance related matters.
  • General understanding of accounting with working knowledge of accruals and G/L posting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, especially with regards to sensitive or confidential personnel or organizational matters.
     

Skills

Advanced Excel skills - experience with v-lookup functions and pivot tables
Database skills preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills - oral and written
Experience with SAP
