Summary

 This role will lead and manage Kia Marketing’s Data and Analytics efforts in support of the digital channel teams. The position works with 1st, party data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Adobe Analytics and2nd, and 3rd party data sources to help increase the addressable audience and provision campaigns with strategic audience segments for omni-channel marketing. The Manager, Data and Analytics is responsible for providing data and insights from GA4 and Adobe Analytics in collaboration with our media, digital website, CRM, and other relevant teams as well as supporting agencies and vendors. The role is also responsible for leading campaign analytics and reporting, KPI and goal setting, along with quarterly, monthly and weekly marketing metrics analytics and reporting. The role also monitors and improves marketing data quality, optimizes campaign reporting and identifies and reports on actionable insights to improve marketing performance.

Major Responsibilities

1st  Priority - 40%

Lead GA4 and Adobe Analytics projects with respect to digital marketing efforts. Identify and report actional insights to improve marketing performance.

 

2nd Priority - 30%

Lead collaboration with other internal GA4 & Adobe product owners on the direction of the platforms and capabilities, especially as it relates to integration and utilization of audience targeting and  in support of automation and personalization.

 

3rd Priority - 15%

Support the Marketing, Director and National Manager of Marketing Strategy in developing a marketing data strategy and architecture, assessing the department's data points and identifying opportunities for 2nd and 3rd party data

 

 

4th Priority - 15%

Lead the process of collaborating with the Kia digital Technology Team, Autoever (HAEA) and other relevant Kia America  stakeholders as well as with the main digital agency partners to improve data process and integration and usage. Monitor and improve data quality and enhance campaign monitoring optimization.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing/Data Science or equivalent work experience required

Overall Experience

  • Minimum 10 years digital marketing experience of which at a minimum 4 years direct experience with Google Analytics and or Adobe Analytics

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive experience desired 

  • Minimum 8years analytics and data related experience

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics and integrated marketing stacks.

 

 Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$104,048.00 - $145,755.00 

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
