Summary

  • Under direct supervision of Director, Service Operations, analyze current business information systems for Service Operations and Product Quality departments and begin development of a SharePoint enterprise as primary source of information and communication. Additional special project to include collaboration with Kia University department to enhance internal K-dealer website.

Develop SharePoint site pages for Service Operations and Product Quality, and create a “desktop reference guide” for ongoing site maintenance.

Assist business with outlining information and communication structure, building a SharePoint site wireframe.

Begin transition of information to the SharePoint site for each Department.

Assist Kia University department with enhancement of K-dealer site for easy access of information for field team

Education/Certification

  • In progress of Bachelor’s degree

Overall Experience

  • Prior internship experience a plus

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive knowledge or experience a plus
  • Analytical or administrative support experience helpful

Skills

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)

PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
