Summary

The Revenue Financial Manager will be responsible for activities that are related to other revenue sources such as feature on demand (FOD), Kia Flex program, Kia Connect, CPO/CPO Lite and branded contracts, PBV Business/KUS leasing and potential new sources. This position will oversee these various revenue streams, identify risks and opportunities, analyze the results, and prepare the executive management report.  In addition, this position will perform detailed financial analyses on Kia’s new business models and provide strategic recommendations to executive management.  This position will also perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 25 %
For each revenue stream, prepare financial reports for executive management along with detailed variance analyses on financial results on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).

2nd Priority - 25%
Establish financial parameters for other revenue streams, identify financial/operational risks, and discover areas of improvement.

3rd Priority - 25%
Evaluate new business models, identify financial and operational risks, and manage business plans and results. (Feature-on-Demand, Kia Flex, etc.).

4th Priority - 15%
Perform various ad-hoc financial analyses as needed. (long-term profitability, etc.).

5th Priority - 10%
Evaluate current processes and tools to drive efficiencies and value-added enhancements.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field

Overall Experience

  • 6-7 years of professional work experience in corporate finance field
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus

Directly Related Experience

  • 4~6 years of financial reporting (both internal and external), financial project analysis, and business evaluation experience in corporate environment
  • Experience in SAP/SAP BW and AS400 highly desirable 
     

Skills

Knowledge of managerial accounting, financial modeling, and new project analysis principles and practices
Proficient with SAP/SAP BW, AS400, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong data- and detail-oriented mindset
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
English and Korean bilingual preferred.

Pay Range

$79,596 - $103,440

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
