Summary
The purpose of the Prepaid Maintenance Program Manager’s role is to establish and maintain centralized oversight and responsibility for Prepaid Maintenance (PPM) and other programs as assigned. Under the leadership of the Senior Manager, Service Business Development, the Prepaid Maintenance Program Manager synchronizes the launch, operational support, and lifecycle of the program. The role focuses on, and has responsibility for, for launch and sustainment of Kia’s Prepaid Maintenance Program, including all necessary dealership integrations designed to ensure owner retention, dealer profitability and parts and service profitability.
The Prepaid Maintenance Program Manager will work closely with Service & Parts Marketing, Warranty, HAEA, Legal, and Field Operations to coordinate strategies throughout the Service Operations Group. The position will also work closely with various vendors in accordance with specific program needs.
Additional management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of internal department administrative functions such as corporate policy compliance, budget and expense control processing, and the invoicing and/or cost recovery for selected goods and services. Continual evaluation and refinement of intra/inter department processes ensures resources are maximized for greater efficiencies and results.

Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or equivalent work experience required
Overall Experience
- Minimum five to eight years OEM client side automotive experience; minimum five years OEM automotive field operations or marketing experience
- Team leadership and management experience
Directly Related Experience
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
- Experience with prepaid maintenance preferred
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Interest in marketing and/or media
- Marketing focus / Tier 2 / Tier 3 OEM experience preferred
Position Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
