Summary

 Maintain pricing on over 408,400 parts and accessories based on company parts pricing strategies by segment to achieve parts sales margins and gross profit targets. Effectively track and communicate parts pricing and financial performance. Administer Parts Liaison department budget, purchases, payment requests (including vendor invoice validation), PR/PO creation, manual parts invoice creation, and receivables with fiscal responsibility.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 35%   

Maintain pricing systems, processes, and cost/price on over 480,400 parts and accessories based on company parts pricing strategies by segment to achieve sales margin and gross profit targets while assisting in the tracking and communication of performance against targets and while staying 100% K-SOX compliant


2nd Priority - 20%

Conduct internal and external part price comparisons to determine appropriate competitive pricing position.


3rd Priority - 20%

Administer Parts Liaison department budget, purchases, and payment requests, including vendor invoice validation, PR/PO creation; manual parts invoice creation, and receivables.

 

4th Priority - 15%

Monitoring overall financial performance of the Parts area through accurate P&L reporting to management and executives

 

5th Priority - 10%

Miscellaneous support for corporate, field and dealer parts pricing inquiries and special projects in a timely and professional manner as requested.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years pricing or analytical experience in lieu of degree.

Overall Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Parts business experiences preferred.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data analysis or Pricing experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of pricing concepts (like margin %) preferred.

Directly Related Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis and applied pricing strategy.

  • Thorough computer application knowledge required.

  • Financial administration experience required.

Position Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.

  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$57,428.00 - $74,679.00 

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
