Summary

Assist with experiential marketing and partnership activities, including market selection, vehicle display and engagement activities, etc. Assist with sports and entertainment partnerships and sponsorships; direct experiential marketing activities designed to promote Kia brand and individual vehicles.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 30%
Maintain respective partnerships and experiential budgets management, organization and oversight. Manage functions associated with the partnership marketing and experiential budget development and roll out.

2nd Priority - 25%
Assist with implementation for key Partnership Marketing platforms and activities, including Kia HQ’s Global Partnership Marketing platforms.

3rd Priority - 20%
Track all respective marketing events that require/include data capture.  Ensure that the customer data records flow to the Marketing Database agencies: Handraisers & Leads on a timely basis.  Manage agency reporting to track leads at the dealer level. Establish sales match process and reporting with both Handraiser and Lead management agencies. Ensure that the dashboard incorporates analytics that meet management reporting needs.

4th Priority - 15%
Coordinating all respective experiential marketing activities and Collaborate with KUS Market Research / other internal departments. Assist with day to day operations of experiential marketing events and partnerships. Assist with all logistical needs.

5th Priority - 10%
Assist Regions and DMGs with localization of national sponsorship efforts

Education/Certification

  • Preferred BA degree or minimum 7 years’ experience in corporate environment.

Overall Experience

  • 5-7 years in marketing project management (client or agency side)

Directly Related Experience

  • 3-5 years of the sports and/or lifestyle partnership experience
  • Event/experiential marketing or partnership/sponsorship experience (client side) is a plus
  • Highly motivated partnership enthusiast who has knowledge and direct experience operating in the partnership marketing space (sports/ e-sports/ music/ entertainment) with ability to work effectively with flexibility, and patience
  • Operate independently on various tasks and projects
  • Strong project management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute various brand activities
  • Ability to lead and direct agency partners

Skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient on Microsoft program, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, and pivot tables
Expert PowerPoint skills for creating visually appealing and storytelling presentations
Experience with SAP

Pay Range

$74,859  -  $100,227

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
