Status
Summary
PR & Experiential Manager role is responsible for supporting both developing and executing strategic PR & Experiential plans from non-media marketing side. The role will also manage, monitor, and communicate with three subsidiaries (KUS/KCA/KMX) in related to their PR activities, CSR, Experientials, events, Partnership/sponsorship and offline marketing. Not limited to regional programs, but also global initiatives roll out.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority (40%)
PR & CSR Management/Support
- Manage the development, implementation of Corp and Product PR strategy and planning
- Manage and monitor Global PR and regional PR to be aligned or localized depending upon business target
- Support to develop PR Corp and Product story for stronger brand voice and message to PR media
- Manage regional CSR activities and planning along with global CSR direction
2nd Priority (40%)
Experiential & non-media marketing management/support
- Manage the development of regional experiential and non-media marketing strategy and planning under brand strategy
- Manage and support KUS/KCA/KMX experiential & non-media marketing activities and validate with global/regional brand strategy
- Manage and overview partnership and sponsorship activations of local subsidiary aligned with global guidance
- Coordinate and liaison co-op events between KHQ and each subsidiary
3rd Priority (20%)
Reporting / KPI management
- Track and analyze monthly PR activities and planning
- Develop and analyze post non-media event or campaigns reporting recaps, deliverables, KPIs and if relevant, return on investment.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Overall Experience
- 5+ years of project management or marketing experience required (experience working at PR/Experiential areas highly preferred)
- Automotive manufacturer experience preferred
- International (Non-U.S) study/work experience preferred
Directly Related Experience
- Administrative experience with a focus on attention to detail and organization skills.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive related experience.
- Must understand the relationship between HQ and subsidiaries in auto manufacturer
- Inter-personal communication experiences with international (non-U.S) counterpart or account
- Bilingual Proficiency in Korean desired
Position Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range
$89,200 - $123,925
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
