Status
Summary
The position will manage the Treasury department with responsibilities for cash and treasury operations, short-term borrowing, and short-term investments and payments. Monitors compliance with Treasury department goals. Assesses the products, services, technologies and systems that are available and appropriate for treasury departments. Oversees implementation of cash management services. Evaluates and recommends cash management initiatives, changes to bank relationships and day-to-day treasury operations. Creates, maintains and updates enterprise treasury operational policies and evaluation of such activities throughout the organization.
The position will also provide analytical preparation of forecasts. Provide an overall financial forecast.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 35%
Oversee daily management of cash and debt. Establish fixed income investment positions. Manage financial risk as it relates to treasury operations. Manage and negotiate brokerage relationships. Manage investment of excess funds. Coordinate electronic booking functions. Manage D/A liabilities.
2nd Priority - 25%
Manage cash flow forecasting. Prepare cash flow projections. Develops and implements cash management operational strategies. Oversee interest rate risk management. Assist in the development of bank relationships. Identify cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities.
3rd Priority - 20%
Manage the reconciliation of payment programs. Work closely with business units supporting requests and resolving issues.
4th Priority - 20%
Reconciles general ledger reports. Analyze detailed sub-ledger reports. Work directly with general accounting, accounts payable and business units to process, pay and report expenses. Provide account classification and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Oversee financial controls ensuring policy compliance. Support business units with understanding KUS Finance processes.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or business

Overall Experience

Minimum 10 years experience in corporate treasury, finance management, and/or investment management.

Pay Range
$143,962 - $214,979
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
