Summary

Under the direction of the Director, Sales and Field Operations this position is responsible for the coordination of all regional and field activities, initiatives, and programs associated with the attainment of Kia America's (KUS) corporate objectives, including: wholesales and retail sales, performance of the dealer and regional organizations, incentive programs, budgeting, organizational programs, regional training, and ongoing operational communications. 

Major Responsibilities

1st Establish regional retail and wholesale objectives to ensure optimum retail mix and adequate regional/dealer inventories to achieve retail sales objectives. Communicate to management KUS’s corporate strategies for attainment of these objectives including incentives and advertising. Oversee regional achievement and objectives and tracking. Oversee regional marketing program utilization to ensure viability of achieving KUS's ongoing and future EV infastructure strategy and standards.  25
2nd Establish all Field priorities and assignments to effectively deliver on business plan and organizational objectives. Oversee Dealer and Regional programs and initiatives, including National Field Meetings, National Dealer Council meetings, Dealer Council elections, Dealer communications, Executive videos and Executive presentations, ect. 20
3rd Establish and oversee the management of all operational Dealer and Field- based sales and incentive programs and initiatives to assure program alignment with KUS' goals. Provide adjustment as necessary to realign programs with company goals.  20
4th Lead regional network performance strategies and oversee the development and preparation of regional business planning and budgets. Review with regional and company management for compliance. Coordinate objectives on all regional performance reviews, regional and dealer business and operating plans, and any other reports to ensure timely receipt.  20
5th Establish and oversee all Regional/Field Training to effectively deliver on business plan and to develop regional personnel. Define training needs and objectives, identify appropriate outsourcing, and oversee budget to deliver a high-quality training regime. Establish and oversee training curriculum that is in line with KUS' core values and behaviors. 15

 

Education/Certification

  • BA, MBA, or equivalent from a fully accredited college or university.

 

Overall Experience

  • Minimum 15 years U.S. automotive experience including at least 10 years in automotive field or sales management positions, including retail sales operations, fixed operations, marketing, and business management. 

Directly Related Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing and supervising diverse teams at various job levels required.

Pay Range

$125,884.00 - $176,325.00 

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
