Position will be responsible for review and processing of specialty incentive claims and payment exceptions as required based on KUS Sales Policy and program rules.  Processing activities include timely review of documentation submitted by dealership personnel through the automated system and providing timely, accurate responses to Regional and Dealership personnel for questions relating to specialty incentive and payment exceptions.  Reporting to Regions and Incentive Administration management regarding claim status, submissions, issues and anomalies.  Review and report inconsistencies in reporting by dealers.  Processing of dealership incentive audits conducted by KUS Internal Audit.  Liaison between Sales & Incentive Planning, KUS systems teams and AutoEver for system issues, upgrades, etc.  Provide training as required for new team members/processors and dealership personnel.

1st Administer specialty incentive and payment exception processing for accuracy and in a timely manner. 40%
2nd Communicate with Regional and Dealership Personnel relating to questions about the process, documentation, and payments/chargebacks, as required.  Provide training as necessary for Regional and Dealership personnel on systems, processes, etc.  Provide appropriate reporting for status. programs, issues, and anomalies. 40%
3rd Process results from Internal Audit dealership incentive audits in a timely manner in accordance with their guidelines. 10%
4th Act as liaison between Sales & Incentive Planning and AutoEver for system issues, interpretation, and other questions, as required. 10%



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Overall Experience

  • Minimum 3 years data processing & customer support experience

Directly Related Experience

  • Experience in data processing and incentives within the automotive industry preferred
  • Understanding of audits and the processing of incentive chargebacks/credits
  • Experience training others, such as dealership and regional personnel, on system use
  • Ability to complete special projects with limited direction and assistance


Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in SAP, Kofax, and KIAS software.

Pay Range

$49,458.00 - $63,648.85  

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
