Summary
The HR Operations Specialist applies knowledge of HRIS concepts, practices and procedures under supervision of section manager. This role will participate in the HR Operations systems administration, partner with internal and external IT resources to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements. Provide support for HR system and process design, testing, and data flow. Performs data loads, makes system configuration changes, tests changes, support audits, answer emails, resolve tickets to drive accurate and timely management of our talent and a positive team member experience. Must have knowledge of HR technology, specifically SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, and experience providing day to day support for outsourced and/or hosted solutions. This position is responsible for preparing, scheduling and reviewing various reports related to tactical day-to-day responsibilities as assigned by the Sr. HR Operations Manager.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 50%
- Support HR Operations through oversight of the HRIS operation and maintenance.
- Correct identified discrepancies, review configuration and validate workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Update HRIS system to support department reorganizations through the creation and maintenance of foundational objects.
- Create, monitor and/or process all department reorganizations, make system related entries to support the efficient HRIS operation.
- Lead new system implementation projects as they arise.
2nd Priority - 25%
- Develop and maintain user group permissions.
- May require system coding, testing, and documenting results following the review of Universal and Opt-in updates from SAP.
- Ensures system updates and enhancement are successfully implemented.
- Refresh the SuccessFactors preview environment.
3rd Priority - 15%
- Point of contact for internal and external IT partners to capture and coordinate system issues and updates.
- Review and validate file interfaces with (not limited to) payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, goal & performance management and benefit systems/modules.
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed or requested in support of HR Operations functions.
4th Priority - 10%
- Support HR team utilization, reporting and training efforts for compensation, recruiting, onboarding, goal & performance management, succession and other applicable modules.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, HR, business or related field) or equivalent work experience required.
- SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos or equivalent HR Technology
- Basic knowledge of Network architecture, IT infrastructure, and hardware.
- HRIS Certification desired
Overall Experience
- 5-7 years of experience working within Human Resources.
Directly Related Experience
- 2-3 years direct experience with HRIS, HCM technology.
- Experience managing HRIS changes and implementations.
- Must have knowledge of HR technology, specifically SuccessFactors, and experience providing support to HR department team members
- Experience with making configuration changes, apply changes in test environment and promote changes to production environment
- Customer service orientation and ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Direct experience in corporate HR environments
- Experience working with confidential information and critical business processes required
- Prior experience with SuccessFactors HRIS modules; Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding
- Project management experience preferred.
Other Requirements
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays

Pay Range
$63,106 - $93,113
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
