Summary

The Finance Systems Manager works closely with key business units and IT service providers to devise optimal solutions for various short-term and long-term enhancements based on business issues and opportunities, and implements changes including functional and non-functional requirements. This position will also provide valuable insights for optimizing user experiences, leveraging best IT practices, creating business process and program governance, and guiding stakeholders through program innovation strategy, risk analysis, and systems integration.   
This position is responsible for identifying specific business processes opportunities which KUS Finance can automate, defining clear and well-structured business requirements which include the functional and non-functional analysis related to process issues and bottlenecks, and coordinating with different business units to produce better business outcomes.
Also, this position is responsible for assisting with project management for selected projects and enhancements by communicating and validating requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 30%

Manage Business Requirements for G-ERP & Other Enhancements
With an in-depth understanding of both KUS SAP and other Finance systems such as FSM and KERS, work with key business and IT stakeholders for G-ERP project to support business priorities. Also, Collaborate with HAEA to ensure that internal projects and enhancements are implemented in a way that maximizes the business value of the project and produce the agreed deliverables at the appropriate level of quality.

2nd Priority - 30%

Process & SOP Documentation
Through systematic management of project deliverables, prepare to use them as basic information when additional projects related to the same process are carried out in the future. Also, by updating SOPs in a timely manner according to process changes, the new person in charge can utilize the relevant SOPs at any time regardless of job rotations within the department.

3rd Priority - 15%

User Access Control
To manage user authorization properly in accordance with KUS internal control policy,  perform the following tasks; First, review the nature and extent of user-access privileges for new and modified user access, including standard application profiles/roles, critical financial reporting transactions, and segregation of duties in order to maintain appropriate SOD; Second, monitor access control for terminated and/or transferred users is removed or modified in a timely manner by the system/security administrators in order to prevent users having access privileges beyond those necessary to perform their assigned duties; Third, review user access and segregation of duties and reports to management periodically. Also, if necessary, share findings with K-SOX team in order to prepare K-SOX IT audit.

4th Priority - 15%

Daily Operational Supporting
Support various issues that users face in their daily business operations and month-end and year-and closing. If a system change is required to resolve an issue, collaborate with IT support team in order to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
 

5th Priority - 10%

Support management & team members’ ad-hoc reports
Provide ad-hoc reports such as incentives, fleet, inventory roll-forwards and so on. Also support Finance audit and other HQ reports.
 

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparative experience required. Emphasis on automotive systems strongly desired.
  • Advanced degree and/or certification(s) in Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Technology or Digital Transformation

Overall Experience

  • 7+ years of experiences with ERP systems such as SAP, for configuration management, issue resolution, reports generation and third- party application interface setup with automotive industry.
  • 7+ years of experience in supporting post-implementation operations.
  • Good understanding of dealer and consumer facing systems.
  • Experience in various Finance roll-out process analyses in accordance with HQ guidance.
  • Experience in designing and implementing inter-company processes including automotive-related business processes.
  • Excellent understanding of distribution, logistics and financial operations.

Pay Range

$92,768.00 - $128,882

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
