Under the direction of the Sr. Field Operations Manager, this role is responsible for all program and project management requirements pertaining to field operations are accomplished with effective and accurate results. That all related and required field operational support functions are fully implemented and continually improved upon, and that all field operation related analysis and reports are performed and issued according to required timetables.

This role will assist with the Kia Performance Center (KPC) and the various incentive programs (excluding travel) that relate to retail/dealer employee incentives and overall field sales training. This position will also assist with conducting needs analysis research covering key areas of performance for field managers, supporting regional sales staff and retail/ dealer employees. The Field Operations Specialist  will serve as back up in the absence of the Sr. Field Operations Manager.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 30%   

Oversee and manage the approved vendor responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the Kia Performance Center program. Including the supervision and coordination of the vendor team. Insure timely and accurate data and incentive payment on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis. Coordination of all internal and external communication in regard to Kia Performance Center program, including program rules/bulletin creation and distribution.

2nd Priority - 25%

Oversee, maintain and administer all budget related processes associated with the Multi-Million dollar retail employee monthly/quarterly/ annual incentive & recognition programs (Kia Elite). Act as main liaison with finance for all dealership personnel incentive programs.

3rd Priority - 15%

Prepare all month-end field operation reports, and special reports/analysis as requested including, DSM ranking reports, Sales Satisfaction reports etc. 

4th Priority - 10%

Manage the content administration of Field Operations KDealer materials and Share Point Team files.

5th Priority - 10%

Support National Dealer Council and other Executive presentations.

6th Priority - 10%

Support Field Operations team with ad hoc reports and assignments as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Overall Experience

  • 1-3 Years experience in operations, data analysis or sales experience

Directly Related Experience

  •  Prefer candidates with automotive manufacturer and experience with an understanding of the relationship between manufacturer and dealer
  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency with SAP, MicroStrategy and other industry data query tools (such as JDPA PIN and IHS Polk) is preferred

Pay Range

$55,800.00 - $72,600.00
