While this role reports to the Director, Marketing Communications, the primary function is to provide administrative and clerical support to all the Marketing Directors including the Director, Corporate Communications, the Director, Marketing Operations and the Director, Customer Journey by maintaining the calendar, assisting with expense reports when needed and booking travel.  This role is also responsible for organizing all marketing team meetings and events, maintaining the department mail, sending out marketing based company wide emails and other administrative duties as assigned by the Directors.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 90%   

Provide administrative support for the Marketing Team Directors.

2nd Priority - 10%

Coordinate ad hoc projects and assignments as determined and requested by the Directors.


  • BA degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Overall Experience

  • Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience.
  • Marketing and communications experience a plus.

Directly Related Experience

  • At least 2+ years supporting an Executive highly desirable.
  • At least 1 year experience within the automotive industry desirable.
  • At least 2+ years in either marketing and/or communications desirable.  

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong team player, with a positive attitude
