Summary
The Executive Assistant in the Finance Department plays a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of the department by providing administrative, organizational, and communication assistance to the senior finance executives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks and financial reporting responsibilities. The Executive Assistant is a key liaison between the finance team and other departments within the organization.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 40%
Manages and performs detailed administrative duties regarding all aspects of the work required in support of the position, including maintaining and coordinating travel schedules, meetings, and daily schedules. Works with Kia Headquarters (Kia HQ) assigned executive coordinators as required. Acts as liaison between the Vice President and direct reports on various administrative matters. Maintains confidential filing system, develops tracking reports to monitor assigned projects. Uses independent judgment and authorized to make most day-to-day decisions required by the position and without further approvals.
2nd Priority - 30%
Preparing communications, developing presentations and reports as assigned by the Vice president .Responsible for various weekly and monthly finance reports. Coordinate the creation / compilation of data / review and distribute department ad hoc reports. Support finance department on various analytical and tracking of reports.
3rd Priority - 20%
Coordinate ad hoc projects and assignments as well as act as a liaison between Accounting & Tax, Treasury and Finance Planning and other divisions/departments.
4th Priority - 10%
Special Projects: Assist or lead in special projects as assigned by the Vice President.
Education/Certification
- BA Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Overall Experience

Minimum 2-5 years administrative experience, preferably in finance environment.

Bilingual (Ability to read and type Korean) is a plus
Directly Related Experience
- Minimum 2+ years supporting an Executive highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the automotive industry desirable.
- Minimum 2 years in finance related experience desirable.
Position Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.

Pay Range
$67,927 - $91,147
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
