Status
Summary
Ensure the dealer service department management provides competent, quality service that will enhance customer perception of product, the dealer and ownership experience and maximize their repeat purchase intent. Assist dealer in marketing Kia products and parts/accessory sales. Act as a business consultant in developing profitability and value of franchise.

Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Overall Experience
- Specialized OEM vocational or technical training.
- Wholesale and retail dealership experience desirable.
- Business consulting.
Directly Related Experience
- Demonstrated evidence of technical aptitude, either via formal education or hands-on automotive experience.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve owner concerns consistent with KUS politices/procedures.
Position Requirements:
- Frequent travel may be required domestically and/or internationally
- Frequent travel may include but is not limited to daily/weekly/monthly dealer visits and monthly/quarterly/annual visits to Regional Offices or Headquarters as required by the job
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to relocate to a new location if requested by the company

Pay Range
$79,596 - $128,881.84
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
