Summary

  • Manage KUS’ fleet “front-end” program, supplying KUS vehicles to fleet companies across the U.S. per the negotiated contracts.  Provide ongoing analysis of fleet production orders versus fleet’s open PO requirements for all KUS car lines.
  • Coordinate the collection and compilation of RACs’ (rental car companies) input to develop Fleet production orders and submit POs to KHQ, KaGA and KMX in a timely manner. Prepare running 5-month forecasts for KHQ, KaGA and KMX produced Fleet vehicles, which is consistent with corporate expectation. KUS

Major Responsibilities

Priority 1st - 40%

Manage KUS’ fleet “front-end” program.  This includes:  creation and accurate maintenance of source contracts in SAP; manage POs (ensure the accuracy of PO submittals, upload POs to SAP, and resolve uploading/data transmission issues); timely allocation of fleet vehicles per RAC’s requests and KUS/management guidelines.  Focal point for all rental car customers, ports, GLOVIS, and KUS regarding fleet concerns.

Priority 2nd - 25%

Coordinate the collection and compilation of RACs’ input to develop Fleet production orders and submit POs to KHQ, KaGA and KMX in a timely manner. Prepare running 5-month forecasts for KHQ, KaGA and KMX produced Fleet vehicles, which is consistent with corporate expectation.

Priority 3rd - 20%

For all KMX/KaGA products, input Monroney Label texts and ensure their accuracy by actively working with Product Planning and Business Insights & Strategy. Maintain the SAP Vehicle Model Master (Trim Level) in a timely manner by communicating with related parties.

Priority 4th - 10%

Provide query support to Sales, Marketing, Service, Legal and other department(s)/region(s) as necessary.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Overall Experience

  • Proof of accomplished computer and systems knowledge and performance, effective interpersonal skills, having successfully worked in fast-paced situations where quick response and solutions to issues were required and accomplished  

Directly Related Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Automotive wholesale experience
  • Minimum 1 year of Fleet Operations or related Automotive experience

Position Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
  • Perform other duties as assigned
