Status
Summary
Assist in maintaining SAP master file and inputting Monroney Label texts. Ensure that the wholesale release process for every series should be complete and perfect by collaborating with various parties. Provide support to distribution management in planned and ad-hoc reports/activities.
Major Responsibilities
Priority 1st - 30%
Maintain the vehicles master data and keep them up-to-date.
Priority 2nd - 25%
Input Monroney Label texts and ensure their accuracy by closely working with product planners and Business Strategy.
Priority 3rd - 20%
Ensure the seamless process of the new vehicle release for wholesale including the regulatory data and pricing upload / validation.
Priority 4th - 15%
Maintain the SAP Vehicle Model Master (Trim Level) in a timely manner by communicating with related parties.
Priority 5th - 10%
Provide query support to Sales, Marketing, Service, Legal and other department(s)/region(s) as necessary.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Overall Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years wholesale automotive experience
Directly Related Experience
- One (1) year sales, sales planning and/or production planning experience desired
