Summary

We are looking for a pioneer with creative and bold ideas who can identify the latest trends in ecommerce both within and outside of the automotive industry and effectively meet superior customer expectations. This position will have high visibility and the opportunity to work across many business units representing the digital customer experience. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to developing a strategic view of digital retailing and identifying ways to develop an omnichannel experience for current and prospective customers. The role would involve cross-functional collaboration and project management to oversee the development and utility of our digital retailing tools on various channels.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 25%   

Define the overall strategy, goals and long-term outlook for digital retailing at KUS, utilizing various internal and external data sources as a basis for decision-making. Define target customer and build forecasts for DR adoption.


2nd Priority - 25%

Work cross-functionally and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive the execution of the Digital Retailing strategy. Provide thought leadership and continuous research for the implementation of the latest and best practice methodologies and tools.


3rd Priority - 20%

Oversee Digital Retailing reporting and analyze all data pertaining to the omnichannel CX. Distribute monthly reports across KUS.


4th Priority - 15%

Align with internal business partners to address needs and requirements from each business unit, implementing KPIs to evaluate engagement and effectiveness of a successful DR tool. Communicate the product value to stakeholders within and outside of the KUS organization.


5th Priority - 15%

Supervise staff and maximize effectiveness of team resources to accomplish goals within budget.

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s Degree preferred

Overall Experience

  • 10+ years of overall professional experience required.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in digital and web marketing required. Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams across multiple business units.
  • E-commerce sales and marketing experience is strongly desired.

  • Excellent knowledge and recognition of industry benchmarks in digital retailing
  • Ability to develop, implements, and administer departmental goals, objectives, metrics and procedures for providing effective and efficient results.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast paced, high workload environment.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial leadership style
  • Proven experience in developing consensus with internal and external stakeholders via business acumen focused communication.

Other Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

$86,700.00 - $116,900.00
