Status
Summary
This role will support Kia Customer Journey and Customer Database Platform (CDP) efforts, in support of all digital channels and teams. The position works with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data to increase engagement and improve overall digital experience.
The Customer Journey Manager, is responsible for supporting Kia's CDP and Data Governance initiatives, providing analytics and data integrations from business sources and from Kia’s wider tech stack, in collaboration with our media, digital website, CRM, Connected Car, Hyundai Capital, and other relevant teams, as well as supporting agencies and vendors.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 40%
Support Sr. Customer Journey Manager and CDP project with respect to the digital engagement and experience efforts. Main focus will be on customer personalization, connected to all the digital touchpoints where possible. Plan, schedule, and project manage to ensure milestones and goals are met.
2nd Priority - 30%
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders and partners as it relates to integration and utilization of the CDP and other data sources, in support of automation and personalization.
3rd Priority - 30%
Support in developing a data, experience, and architecture strategy, assessing all department's data points and identifying opportunities.
Collaborate with the Kia's digital technology team, Autoever (HAEA) and other relevant KUS stakeholders, as well as with the main digital agency partners, to improve data process, integration, and usage.
Education/Certification

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Data Science or equivalent work experience required.
Overall Experience

Minimum 7 years digital marketing experience required

Minimum 2 years direct experience with a DMP, CDP, MDM, and or other similar database platforms preferred
Directly Related Experience
-
Automotive experience desired

Minimum 4 years analytics and data related experience required.

Working knowledge of DMPs and integrated marketing stacks, ideally Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or other similar platforms preferred

Pay Range
$89,200.00 - $120,316.00
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
