  • Administer the daily operation of specific functions related to company vehicles in KUS sales in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.  Develop analytical tools to monitor and track the budget of the Company Vehicle department; make recommendations to reduce overall operating costs; and recommend corrective actions in order to achieve greater levels efficiency.  Facilitate the 3rd party lease program in a timely and cost effective manner.  Review incentives program each month for KCC vehicle pricing.  Facilitate the MOFA sale program working closely with Kia HQ and international customers who qualify.  Review invoices and prepare payments for all payment methods, securing all required substantiating documents. Distribute and consolidate monthly accrual submissions, quarterly forecast templates and annual budget templates.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 15%

 Process the monthly billings for the KUS Lease Program including Coordinator, KUS Employee leasing, and 3rd Party.

2nd Priority - 35%

Administer the 3rd party/ Executive Coordinator lease program from notification of lease term, new and replacement ordering, MVR checks, registration, contract receipt, billing, and thru disposal.


3rd Priority - 20%

Review and process all reimbursement/invoice requests thru the PR/PO system or dealer statement. Verify that PR's have proper supporting documentation attached and PR information is correct Monitor and track all reimbursements and maintain department budget in good standing by working with the Finance team. Update and maintain monthly cost and income tracking reports.  Update variance report and highlight significant variances to budget.  Distribute to management. Audit and process accident billing.

4th Priority - 5%

Working with the distribution team to process all Class IV request prior to month end.


5th Priority - 15%

Administrate the MOFA sales program, working with all interested parties and the region to facilitate the sales and disposal of all sold under MOFA.

6th Priority - 10%

On a monthly basis program KCC incentives by reviewing bulletins and average auction reports as provided by Finance and the Incentives team.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

Overall Experience

  • Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of budgetary administration experience preferably within automotive relating to corporate fleet vehicle activities including vehicle allocation, inventory control, vehicle repair/maintenance, vehicle record keeping.
  • Knowledge of overall vehicle distribution operations is highly desired.
  • Automobile insurance claim experience and multi-state DMV administration preferred.
