This role will manage, lead and execute Kia’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program and overall vehicle Marketing Operations. This includes the development and management of Kia’s CSR strategy, its creation and implementation, leading model refreshes and their campaign, integration and communications and marketing vehicle support. The position will also be responsible for attaining partnerships and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders supporting Kia’s marketing efforts.   

Major Responsibilities

1st CSR Strategy, Creation, and Implementation:
Establish the strategy for leading and executing the creation and implementation of Kia America’s (KUS) corporate social responsibility objectives. Continue to enhance KUS’s Corporate Social Responsibility program to ensure it is sustainable and aligns with KUS’s business goals while demonstrating value to its stakeholders, customers, Team Members, communities, and partners.
2nd  Marketing Vehicle Program Support:
Oversee the management of prototype and production vehicle requests by maintaining vehicle schedules within Marketing and other KUS departments, working with logistics, car prep and determining solutions for efficiency and possible schedule conflicts. Support in-person movement of cars associated with vehicle requests, as well oversee the prototype orders and check-in process.
3rd  Model Refresh Lead:
Lead the cross functional marketing team on model refresh strategy and campaigns partnering with BI, SALES & PPD. This includes the development of USPs, providing product & business insights, asset planning, field communications, creative development and production, etc.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent work experience required

Overall Experience

  • Minimum 7-10 years marketing experience. Can be a combination of any: agency, auto, CSR.

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive OEM experience 
  • Minimum 7-10 years CSR, operations and/or marketing experience at another organization
  • Working knowledge of basic database platforms.
  • Proven skills in developing consensus with internal and external stakeholders via business acumen focused communication.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast paced, high workload environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in collaboration, strategic thinking, analytics, written and verbal communications, organization, attention to detail, planning and innovation.


Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
Strong agency management skills
Strong oral/written communication skills
PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
Strong command of data sets, customer behavior, segmentation and modeling
Basic knowledge in data warehousing/database technology and CRM software solutions
