Summary

This position is responsible for the department analytics and business support for all transactional components of the business (i.e. remarketing sales results, fleet “buys”, etc.).  The competency of this position is analytics and requires both systems and business acumen.  The role will be called upon to contribute to the development of the analysis, participate in the interpretation of the results, and responsible for maintaining and/or updating when warranted.  It will be expected that this role supports all projects such as Big Data, AutoIMS, VinCentric, databases - TSD, KMF, JMA, reporting, analytics, or other projects.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 30%
Work closely with members of the business and support organization on analytics with emphasis with action and/or recovery plans

2nd Priority - 25%
Suggest and maintain measurement plans for key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute control plans to monitor, track, and improve using KPIs as directed by management.

3rd Priority - 25%
Leverage operating systems, data bases, and third party software, to assist in the managmeent of digital sales platforms, administrative platforms, dashboards, and other tools to support the business. Assist in special projects. 

4th Priority - 10%
Develop and distribute reporting and databases on key areas of the business. Be able to present in management setting.

5th Priority - 10%
Assist management in development and preparation of financial tools for transactional components of the business - fleet incentives, remarketing pricing, TCO. 

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree or math degree
  • Masters desirable

Overall Experience

  • 5+ years of automotive OEM, captive finance, financial institution, or automotive related company preferred 
  • Finance, statistical, and/or equivalent background
  • Fleet and/or remarketing experience preferred
  • Experience with working with databases, statistical models, and financial analysis
  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent preferred

Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Power BI experience is preferred (not required).

Pay Range

$69,547.00 - $90,401

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
