Status
Summary
Support Finance management by completing required daily and monthly reporting. Complete ad-hoc data and analysis requests as required and summarize data as needed. Distribute and consolidate monthly accrual submissions, quarterly forecast templates and annual budget templates. Support assigned departments with budget assistance and program guidance.

Purchase Requisition (PR) Review – Update PA log and generate Daily PA report for distribution to managers. Verify that PA's have proper supporting documentation attached and PA information is correct. |

Reporting - Update and maintain monthly cost and income tracking reports. Update variance report and highlight significant variances to budget. Distribute to Finance management. |

Data Analysis - Complete ad-hoc data and analysis requests. Pull data from SAP and other sources as requested for reports. Analyze results and summarize findings upon distribution to Finance management. |

Budget - Provide budget support to the assigned departments. Provide financial support to help department's forecast costs. Review budgets to ensure compliance with company goals. Prepare budgets for upload into system. |

Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience required.
Overall Experience
- 2+ years of accounting and budgeting experience
Directly Related Experience
- Experience in data management and reporting is preferred
