Summary

 

This position reports to the Brand Communications Manager and is responsible for supporting, analyzing and helping to develop both brand and communication strategy in KCI (Kia Motors Canada) and KMM (Kia Motors Mexico). This role will also analyze periodic brand study, and monitor and track marketing activities including ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), PR, Experiments, digital, budget and CRM of KCI/KMM.

Major Responsibilities

Priority 1st - 40%

Support brand strategy development and execution (KCI/KMM)

Monitor market trend to identify new marketing opportunity

Analyze periodic brand performance study

Monitor strategic brand and marketing initiatives execution

Priority 2nd - 40%

Support marketing communication and operation (KCI/KMM)

Monitor and support marketing activities (PR, experiential, digital operation, and etc.)

Track new model launch plan, timeline and budget

Monitor and track marketing assets bank and usage

Assist in analyzing post marketing activities (recap) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Priority 3rd - 20%

Reporting and Coordination (KCI/KMM)

Monitor and report periodic marketing activities & plans

Assist to organize regional marketing meeting (on/off-site)

Undertake individual task of a marketing plan as assigned

 

Education/Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 
Overall Experience
  • 3+ years of project management or marketing field experience required
  • Experience working at ATL(production/media)/PR/Experiential/Digital marketing areas highly preferred
  • International (Non-U.S) study/work experience preferred
Directly Related Experience
  • Ability to operate in small, fast paced organization and perform a variety of task to meet the business needs
  • Administrative duties with a focus on attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Cross-functional & Inter-personal communication experiences with international (non-U.S) counterpart or account
  • Automotive manufacturer experience preferred
