Summary

Assist Retail Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, and prioritizing all regional marketing, advertising and promotional activities in accordance with corporate and regional objectives.  Interface with dealers, DSMs, regional staff and corporate staff on all training and questions on marketing and incentive programs to ensure the proper communication and execution of such programs.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 30%   

Assist Retail Marketing Manager with the coordination of all advertising programs and activities, including dealer marketing group meetings, DAS and regional marketing stimulation fund tracking.


2nd Priority - 20%

Prepare and distribute regional reports to monitor sales, digital KPIs/sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and training activities.


3rd Priority - 20%

Ad-hoc projects as requested by regional management.


4th Priority - 15%

Administration of regional promotions, auto shows, training and incentive programs.


5th Priority - 10%

Administer special incentive programs, including the communication of all regional marketing and incentive programs to dealers, DSM’s, regional and corporate staff, monitoring of payments, and enforcing policies and procedures with dealers.


6th Priority - 5%

Assist and administer Digital Marketing & Advertising, digital communications and digital education activities for Regional Management, Field Staff and dealers.
 

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience required.

Overall Experience

  • 0-3 years’ work or internship experience required. 

Directly Related Experience

  • Wholesale automotive, merchandising, marketing or advertising experience is a plus.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to relocate to a new location if requested by company.

Skills

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
Strong PC Skills: Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, Power Point and Office 365.
High level organizational, planning and analytical skills
Strong PC knowledge in Windows-based environment to include MS Office software with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point.

Pay Range

$54,650.00 - $68,019 

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
