Summary

Utilizing solid financial management skills and business acumen, aggregate and analyze P&L of North America business entities (KMA, KMM, KMMG & KCI). Deliver monthly/yearly finance close; analyze P&L variance, provide condensed gap analyses, and prepare financial reporting package. Monitors and analyze the product’s profitability and support to generate the product profitability report. Use specialized knowledge of accounting and treasury, prepare monthly cash balance and cash projection report together with a comprehensive cash flow analysis in accordance with P&L, W/C, and other accounting treatments. Support to generate annual & long-range business plans.

  • Maintain product incentive spending data and review annual & quarterly incentive plan
  • Support for the product profitability forecast report

  • Prepare a cash flow analysis in accordance with P&L, W/C, and other accounting treatments.

  • Support to generate annual & long-range business plans.
  • Prepare KMNA operating budget plan and track/monitor actual expenditure 
  • Provides ad-hoc reports requested from HQ

Education/Certification

  • 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance or combination of education and equivalent experience 
  • MBA, MS in Finance or Accounting preferred

Overall Experience

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis

Directly Related Experience

  • 4+ years working within Finance
  • 3 years in the automotive industry/ OEM environment preferred.

Skills

Good understanding of financial accounting and planning
Excellent analytical & organizational skills
Advanced PC skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
Work well independently as well as collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)
