Summary

 This role will report directly to the National Manager of Fleet and Remarketing and will manage administration of all sales channels for the department through process creation, improvement, and management.  This role will also be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and processing of orders (Mainly commercial fleet) on all fleet related sales channels.  Sales channels include: KiaFlex (sales platform for service loaners, rentals, mobility subscriptions with various partners), Commercial Fleet, KFA (Kia Friends and Family Program), Dealer based fleet, CPO (certified pre-owned) and other specialty customers.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 40%    

Manage and support administrative functions to all CPO and Fleet Sales channels.

2nd Priority - 30%    

Provide financial administrative support for CPO, endemics, budgets, and other department finance items.

3rd Priority - 10%    

Provide reporting support for daily, monthly, and other needs (including vendor data analysis and reporting)

4th Priority - 20%    

Manage, administer, and support KFA, Fleet, DBF sales program

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or comparable degree

Overall Experience

  • Finance and/or accounting experience preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years automotive retail, CPO or equivalent in new & used retail operations and/or business management fields. 

Directly Related Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in OEM and /or retail CPO and F&I experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in new vehicle sales experience.
  • Vendor relations experience preferred.

Pay Range

$61,300.00 - $79,900.00
