Summary

  • Under direct supervision of Sr. Field Operations Manager, support the department with various tasks relating to producing and communicating sales programs, sales satisfaction index (SSI) improvement initiatives, program tracking/reporting, providing assistance to regions, and completing other tasks as assigned. Additional special projects to include analyzing communications sent to the field and developing a streamlined communication plan, as well as a working on District Sales Manager training materials.

Update training materials binder for use by new District Sales Managers.

Collect reports sent to the field from various departments to aide in creating a field communication routing plan to control the flow of communications.

Assist department with various tasks including file organizing, producing/communicating sales programs, supporting SSI improvement initiatives, program tracking/reporting, providing assistance to regions, and organizing files.

Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Education/Certification

  • In progress of Bachelor’s degree
  • Business focus preferred

Overall Experience

  • Prior internship experience a plus

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive knowledge or experience a plus

Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)
