Summary

  • Under direct supervision of Sr. Connected Car Manager, support Connected Car team with research, benchmarking and planning of products and technologies related to dealer enrollment and customer price sensitivity for owner’s e-service portal UVO subscription.

Analyze dealer enrollments into UVO program by conducting dealer surveys and interviews, studying dealer training and employee turnover, as well as other factors to identify scenarios to boost the enrollments.

Analyze KMA customer’s price sensitivity to UVO subscription services and create classification models based on customer segments.

Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on ad hoc basis

Education/Certification

  • In progress of Master's degree (MBA preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields in Customer Science and Electronics

Overall Experience

  • Prior internship experience a plus

Directly Related Experience

  • Automotive knowledge or experience a plus

Skills

Excellent communication skills required (written and oral)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong project management and organizational skills

Well organized, with the ability to complete projects as assigned
