Summary

  • This position reports to the head of the Brand Leadership Team and is responsible for supporting new car launch campaign planning & operations of KMA/KCI/KMM. Monitor, analyze, manage, improve, provide report on regular basis on all marketing activities incl. ATL, BTL, digital, and PR for 3 markets. This position will be a key communication person to KMC on behalf of 3 markets.

Monitor, analyze and support launch campaign planning & ATL operations of  KMA/KCI/KMM (ad/media plan, schedule, and budget for entire campaign)

Manage & coordinate launch creative asset usage (global/regional)

Monitor & manage periodic ATL operations and budget plans of subsidiaries

Plan & conduct periodic regional marketing meetings with subsidiaries

Monitor market trends of USA

Monitor, analyze and support PR, Experiential, digital operations of KMA/KCI/KMM (sponsorships, auto shows, media test drives, crisis mgmt., web/social platforms, analytics, CRM, data mgmt., etc.)

Manage & support regional digital competency enhancement activities

Manage & coordinate co-op on PR/BTL/digital operation (global/regional)

Monitor & manage periodic PR/BTL/digital operation and budget plans of subsidiaries

Monitor market trends of Canada and Mexico

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 

Overall Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience working at ATL(production/media)/PR/Experiential areas highly preferred
  • 7-10 years of project management or marketing field experience required, or 2-3 years of project management or marketing field experience required with master’s degree
  • Automotive manufacturer experience preferred
  • International (Non-U.S) study/work experience preferred

Directly Related Experience

  • Administrative duties with a focus on attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of automotive manufacturer experience.
  • Must understand the relationship between HQ and subsidiaries in auto manufacturer
  • Inter-personal communication experiences with international (non-U.S) counterpart or account

Skills
